Deposit & Cancellation Policies

A deposit equal to one night's room rate will be charged to your credit card at time the reservation is placed. The balance of the total rental amount, including taxes, will be charged to your credit card 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.

We will refund your full deposit provided we receive email notice of cancellation 14 or more days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Deposits become non-refundable at the end of the 14the day prior to your scheduled arrival date. Partial refund for cancellations received within 14 days of scheduled arrival date may be made at the sole discretion of the proprietor. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel a reservation.
